As per the title I want a steel 29er with either a 19 or 19.5 inch seat tube. It's an ideal frame for a cheap and cheerful way to put together a daily 29er.
Ideally I want it to have the following:
27.2mm seat tube
quick release dropouts
May consider an entire bike for the right price but I plan to swap my parts onto the frame anyway.
Must be able to post to Winchester, UK please.
I'd love one in orange but that may not be possible. Pic added below because why not
