Various bits are rusty but doesn't look terminal.

Why on EARTH have a frame like that and build it up with anything BUT C Record??! One of the two most gorgeous bikes ever created, in my opinion and SO wrong on SO many levels, never mind the negligence for which the owner should be horse-whipped!!
