You're way overthinking this. Bikes are designed for a certain length of fork. Generally you can go 20mm either way without too much trouble. If your Judy TT is better than your Bomber I'd look into fork setup first and worry about the nuances of geometry later.

(A) GeoCalc: SIMPLE and RELEVANT, compare current setup (L/H) with new LONGER SUSPENSION FORK setup on (R/H). However this does NOT auto calc that a longer fork will raise the bottom bracket higher from the ground, hence without this "correct b/b height length", then the quoted angles will be incorrect. With it, looks good.

it does recalculate the bottom bracket height. right in the middle it says "bb height" which is the height difference between the hub axles and the bottom bracket.
