This has been my trusted steed here in north Wales and I can honestly say it’s the best xc bike I’ve ever ridden. Relocation means I'm going to have to let it go.

Airborne Lucky Strike in 3AL2.5V Titanium from circa 1998-2000. It was welded and built in the US before they started making them in Asia.

Size is large: ST C-C 18.5”, ST C-T 21”, TT C-C 24.5”. I am 6’ 1” and this fits me to my liking. Depending on proportions, style, and personal preference, I would guess this could suit someone from 6’1”-6’4”.

Wheelset: XTR M950 hubs and Mavic X-517 SUP rims
Forks: Rockshox SID Teams (100mm) with lock out
Brakes: XTR M950
Levers: XTR M951
Shifters: XTR M952
Cassette: XTR M953 Ti
Chainset: XT M760 Hollowtech
Chain: XTR Yumeya (less than 200 miles)
Mechs (F and R): XT M760
Tyres: Panaracer Trailblaster 1.95
Bars: Raceface Evolve XC
Seatpost: Carbon Pro
Headset: Ritchey WCS

The condition is excellent. Both the frame and all the components look (and perform) as you’d hope, with only a few marks to be expected from a few hundred miles of use (not abuse).

Now 1500 posted in the UK.

Any other questions, please ask.
