Sorted Kona Dog Collar

I don't suppose anyone has a spare Kona Dog Collar? Or maybe someone could recommend a 3rd party alternative suitable for Cantilever brakes?

I did not know Kona didn't have rear cable stops. Every day's a school day

I have a suspicion that these might be as rare as rocking horse poo. I found one in Germany for £40 with £15 postage

So in order move things along I'm thinking I could combine this clamp on frame cable stop with a surly cable hanger? Can anyone suggest anything better?
