Top tube is 23" centre of seat tube to centre of head tube. Seat tube is 21" centre of BB to top of seat tube.
I've recently replaced the original cup and cone BB due to some significant play, and also replaced the original Exage Trail cranks with some near contemporary Deore LX M550 ones as there was some damage to the drive side thread. The Deore LX ones look great with the original unworn BioPace rings and are a fair bit lighter.
