Nope, bottom of the BB to the very top of the seat tube

Never heard of anyone measuring from the bottom of the bottom bracket.

Current geo charts on the Kona site show the measurement is centre of bb to top of seattube.

Hey there! Centre to top is 20”
Surly hubs and 517’s are likely added by the original owner, that’s a good spot from the catalogue!

As far as I’m aware it’s standard spec apart from the wheels and the original receipt shows £1,200 in Dec ‘02
