Just at 2023 Fort Bill DH World Champs

Took our family to the UCI world cycling DH championships at Fort William yesterday. Fabulous atmosphere, great racing and took 4 retro steeds to commute to and from the venue park / ride. Didn’t see any other retro bikes sadly despite looking . My kids thought the bikes road like shit . Fair statement.

But plenty of positive comments from people who are in the know. Last time I was racing at Fort William was 1994 SCU on the Scottish Team. So long ago

Watched the racing today on the TV, it was great - felt for those that didn’t get a run down before the weather let loose.
