Crappy pictures...531 and confusingly a Gazelle logo on seattube....did they build this? Possibly early Shimano 600 parts?

Juncker were/are a large Dutch bike shop IIRC.

Juncker by that time was a Gazelle owned brand. They mostly made more affordable versions of Gazelle bicycles.
