I'll hold my hands up here and admit "I am a bit sensitive to animals"

We have a bunch of chickens (15 of the little beggars) which we claimed (long story involving chicken squatters on our land etc) and we have reared them from little fluffy chicks.
One of them (Mable Im told is her name :roll: ) seems to have developed a limp. I spoke to a guy at work and he said "Just neck it, dont feck about", so what do we do.......take it to the flippin vet!! £20 later and Mable is eating my flippin Rice Krispies in the conservatory floor and sleeping on a blanket!!

I had the same deer-type thing the other week. Riding alone at night past a whole load of Neolithic Barrows (so a bit spooky anyway) when a deer that had been sitting in the bracken leapt up...

I know it's silly but I jumped out of my skin!
