Is this normal??

Hi just pulled out an xt bb from an old road frame. However it confused me that on both sides it was a right handed thread. Does that mean it’s Italian threaded? As I thought Italian thread was just slightly larger in diameter and a bit longer thread.

Italian bracket is 70mm instead of 68, does it say anything on the bb, is it a cartridge?

It’s a bb-un72 it says 70mm on the edge and 113 on the taper. Yes it’s cartridge.

But are the threads supposed to be both right handed? That means you could take out the bb without even unscrewing the collar first.
