Good point, clearly inertia is cyclical although the period of the cycle is open to discussion.

Encouragingly, or not, I only have a single frame from that 5 year time capsule.

I was attracted to this post because I associated the title with a great Massive Attack track- and was pleasantly surprised by the content..
A lot of cliches have a germ of truth- "A trouble shared is a trouble halved" etc- and as somebody troubled by depression (often of a seasonally affective sort) and also the owner of a big garden with lotsa leaves, I was right there, so to speak..
It's true that a ride on the bike helps a lot- endorphins and stuff- but when the weather is 'orrible, cabin fever can set in good an' proper. What the heck- we're all in the same boat, and if posting summat cheerful on Retrobike breaks the spell, then so be it..
