I'm searching for Interloc TL5 anti-dive fork

I'm searching for Interloc TL5 anti-dive fork. I think It's a bit rare item, but how rare actually?

I have one of those 1998 Breezer Tornado frames, build with other parts than Breezer did for complete bike setup. I'm trying to refurbish my Tornado to as close to original factory setup as possible. And for that I need also Interloc TL5 anti-dive fork.

TL5 was introduced to market back in 1997.

Is this the bike that came with the Breezer/IRD Twister crank too?
Only ever seen one come up for sale.
