identiying a gt

i recently won a gtframe on ebay,it was advertised as supposed to be an avalanche but only has the number on the bb shell.

what should the numbers/letters be for a 97/98/99 avalanche or zaskar be?

cheers ,its polished up quit well tonight,shame i cant ride it till after my wedding :roll:

serial numbers all glarey from flash but reads

AP8H00763

rek its not zaskar cos toptube gt bits curved and no 6061 on dropout,the seatclamp doesnt seen to identify it as a pantera,backwards so presume avalanche

and more ideas?dont want to badge a wrong un

Must be a Taiwan built 98 Zaskar then. Is it stamped 7005 or 6061 on the inside of the rear dropouts???

got nothing there but the previous owners loved gringing stuff,theres only 1 brake slot left,he was determined not to stray from ss lol,aint done a bad job really,just needs 2000 wet n dry and more polishing

If it has

rounded top tube
no serial or 6061 stamped in drop outs
Serial number on BB

I thought this would mean its not a Zaskar ? :?
