They look very similar to my No 5's apart from you have a raised lug type thing on your mount holes!!

Checked the calipers on the bike and the lugs are too long by the width of the IS mounts which makes things much easier and spacing is well out to use any decent sized rotors. Plan is I will just make up a plate that bolts to the outside of the IS mounts which will then be the right spacing for the caliper lugs to bolt to, and can make it to suit a couple of 203mm hope floating rotors I have kicking about.
