Hope / Mavic D321 Wheelset - Just £90!

How light/good are they in comparison to my current set of Deore/Quando hubbed Sun DS2XC rimmed set? Interested in an upgrade and was thinking about Crossrides but these could be the ticket.

One word you wouldn't associate these wheels with is "light"..! They're full on DH wheels.

On the upside, you could ride these things into a tank and write the tank off (probably)

Well as I want to lighten then I'll pass, my current set look like the proverbial brick outhouse and as I tend to finesse things more I don't need the strength.

Im tempted to say they will be on par with your current wheels if they have a quando hub.
The mavics are no lightweights of course but i dont think they are hugely heavy either. Im sure i read the rims were around 600g each which isnt all that bad really. Might be wrong though.
