Get whichever hubs you fancy. strip completely and immerse in the stripper, polish what comes out and reassemble

Can the alloy flanges be removed from the ti body easily?

Cheers

Not easily. In fact theyre not really meant to but i suppose if you could get them off then reattaching with another bonding agent shouldnt present problems
I was thinking actually of solid hubs not the Ti's
To get the tubes out of broken hubs ive had them in the oven for a while but even they getting them off wasnt easy and caused damage to the other flange. Ended up undoing a vice to use as a draw jig.
Given how difficult, id say dont.

As to dipping an entire Ti glide into a strong solution of caustic soda :? doesnt sound like a good idea and youd best ask other who deal in this type of thing as to whether the solution could penetrate into the bond and weaken it.

Given the fit dry is about perfect ,could it seep in ?
