Help ! Raleigh Road Bike - Model/type identification

Good Afternoon everyone...

ive recently been given this "vintage" road bike from a friend - I know its a Raleigh however im not sure what model it could be (terrible respray)

it is showing signs of a ghastly yellow paint underneath but no signs of Reynolds stickers or Raleigh stickers to identify

i know its a long shot but someone may be able to help...

looks about right to me - not worth the restoration i guess - looks like im going to strip the terrible paint job and sell as a bare frame and spare parts - thanks for your help

Record is a US Export bike I think. Here in the UK it would be an Arena or similar.
