Help me pick some parts ?

I need a few bits for my Pace and looking for alternatives to what I’ve been looking for

So bike is Pewter , with silver Thomson post and silver controltech bars.

I think I want a Pace RC45 stem in silver but any other suggestions?

Secondly - what cool QR skewers is there from around 97? XTR is obvious choice. Any other ideas? I quite like Xlite cam lock in Ti /silver.

And finally - Tyres - Skinwall Smoke/dart or rust wall IRC Mythos ? Or any other ideas ?
