Help identify this Voodoo Frame

Okay, so a mid-noughties Voodoo Wazoo cyclocross frame with sliding dropouts, much like this one:

I need to find the missing pieces for the drop outs, and decals. I have already blasted the frame and it's perfect. If anyone knows where i can get decals or parts let me know..
