help identify old road bike

Hi I have recently purchased an old 5 speed road bike that was sold as a raliegh but apparently its not. Im having trouble identifying what bike I have. VCC thought it was a Hobbs , Holdsworth has also been mentioned. The number stamped on the bottom bracket is HB 4666 its a 5 speed with campag dropouts, sachs huret gears dated 1977, diacomp wienmann breaks dated 1979, milliard wheels , itm bars and brooks plastic seat. hope you guys can help identify this old boy, frame maybe older than components.
