Head boffins...of the car kind..help pls

Well, if anyone is interested to know the maximum permitted head distortion is 0.05mm which is near enough 2 thou. Once i've worked out where Peugeot measured the head height to, it's looking to be around the cam end bearing (rocker is sloped) then i'll know how much has been taken off already. I've got a flat plate, so I might have a go at lapping it to reduce the 2 thou belly.
