This was a 501 frame. Low end bits and bobs. An old buddy (Suffolk Roads) turned up at the same time expecting better. Disappointment all round.

Well put. I only wasted a little fuel but it was disappointing. Edit: a bit of a mea culpa, it was I who thought it could be 531. The advertiser simply described it as "Reynolds" which was true. I don't know if he expressly said 531 to Suffolk roads, but if not it's a bit strong to accuse him of lying.
