yes it is an 18 inch told by the bike store I bought the frame.
I have measured it also from center of the bottom bracket
to the top of the seat tube which measures 18".

In which case its a 16", correct Gt mesurements are centre of bb to centre of seat tube. An 18" Gt frame measures 20" to the top of the seat tube.

Yes, this frame does look like 16inch. As mentioned, GT-size is measured c-c.

Small hint: not only the frame size is too high.

sorry but you are incorrect since the bike shop I bought it from are experts in GT and it is 18" high. Do not believe, it is up to you and do not have the money to buy then why do you bother.

well that is why I measured it myself and it is not 16", just take half the measurement of the wheel diameter since it is 26" which would be 13"
the photo is not at a scale to measure but you would see it is much higher than that.
