I got some lovely green anodized jockey wheels from a US shop called 'NJ Cycles' via their eBay store. They worked out really good value, and arrived 2 days after paying via PayPal.

though I don't see any green jockey wheels listed at the moment, but they've got other colours so you can see what they're like.
