I do half the South Downs Way from Winchester to Cocking 50 miles off road then pick up the Centurion Way (old railway) to Chichester, on to Fishbourne, Southsea, Portsmouth Harbour (Sustrans Route) then the back roads home to Eastleigh 100 + miles day out

Forgot to mention that on the Holdsworth Mistral/Claud Butler Dalesman you will have to swap the short reach Weinmann 610 front caliper for a 730, I'm running Mafac Model S which are lighter and stiffer with 32mm folding Vittoria Zaffiro Pros, 35mm will fit no probs... Retrobike sticker is optional...
