Galvanic corrosion in carbon frame around bottle cage boss - opinions please!

Is this an issue? if it is, is it repairable? looks like just the clearcoat but any insight would be good!

It looks like the lacquer to my eye. Composites don't normally delaminate to that extent and it would feel crunchy if you squeezed it if it was. If you get a sharp Stanley blade you can probably just scrape that bit off and re-coat it.
 
It's not mine so I only have the photos to go on. My LBS thinks the same, and to me it looks like just the clearcoat too. The BB lug is also alloy and has some corrosion where it meets the seattube, but it looks like missing paint and not major flaking or too serious. Thanks
 
Thanks, I saw that one yesterday. I'm not concerned about replacing the rivnut, only that the carbon might be damaged (not just the visible clearcoat). This frame is 15-ish years old, not used for the last 14-ish of those, and has been stored indoors.
