Hi Chris - its a 16" but fits fine with my athletic 5'9" bod. Would look for £500 for both frame and forks to include the race face headset and x-lite post.

Anyway, you should seriously consider a suspension post. Look for a Moxey, or Cane Creeak Thudbuster, they are parallelogram posts which give about 2-3 inches of travel, much cushier than telescopic units like USE or Answer. I had a Moxey and it made my ex-bike, a fully rigid Klein Adroit, quite comfy. You know, Klein, squared chainstays, fat alu tubes, rigid fork... comfy! I still have the post
