Great paint finish on the K2 frames, I think Raleigh tried really hard in that era. Shame the colour choice was so naff. I resprayed mine a mid-green, couldn't live with that degraded purple any longer! Only had to key the old paint up with 600 grade, for the most part- think you need to start on those chainstays with something a tad coarser though..
Worth the trouble- nice outdoor work in the sunshine..

Head tune is 5 1/2 inch

And perfectly sized for the english gentleman to be carried through the landscape, with a bit of trespassing thrown in

Bump, I have some bike boxes now so the saracen can be posted within the uk for around 20 quid.
