Hi All
I hope this is ok and does not breach any forum rules, if so then I'll close the Facebook account ASAP.
I have created http://www.facebook.com/retrobike.southyorkshire
The 'About Me' details are:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The intention of this Facebook account is to generate further interest in all kinds of Retro and Old School cycling in the South Yorkshire area of the United Kingdom, be it on road, off road or BMX. Please say 'Hello' and follow the link below for further information relating to Retrobike riding: http://www.retrobike.co.uk Follow the link at the top of the page to the Retrobike forum, you will find the South Yorkshire sub forum in the 'Events and Groups' section. See you there !
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As per the details above the intention is not to have discussion and ride organisation on the Facebook account, it is simply in place to generate more interest in the Retrobike scene. Redirecting interested parties to the Retrobike forum.
Comments welcome.
Regards
Trebz
