For Sale: FW Evans Touring Frame 21". Bought from Evans in c1980, been in storage for the last 25 years.
I removed the original Campagnolo gear levers, Suntour rear derailleur and brakes, but happy to include them in the sale if wanted. Serial number 033752
£190 ono for pickup from Catford, London or courier at buyer's expense.

Nice frame. Think it may be bigger than 21". Top tube centre to centre and rear spacing would be helpful too.

no more than 5.1" or 130mm, perhaps they are even 126mm, considering the age

Unless it's been respaced, I'd say, given its age, 120mm or 126mm.
It's the distance inbetween the rear dropouts and tells a purchaser what number of sprockets it was designed for
