Proper road-path iron! Grd eyes on rear drop out, v similar positioning to a c.1955 Carlton I once had. Seat stay looks a bit skinny for a brake drilling!
It's rather nice, but price seems optimistic to me.
And I'd want to check b/b shell and chain stays/ Bridge internally. Once upon a time I used to play with a fair few fixed of this era!

I remember your Carlton, gorgeous. I lusted after a couple of your fixed wheels. Mercian and Rotrax spring to mind
