you neever seen a layforward seatpost before? it's the latest thing to let those with an old bike get a similar riding experience to an modern frame.
it really must of have been to long in the top tube for them given the clamp is on backwards too.

I see @squirrelchaser the signs of a fellow retrobike gambler.
