So true. If you don't want to pedal Then don't buy a bike. The joy of cycling is the human power part of it. The fitness. Get fitter then its easier.

Also of course if it has an engine it needs registering, tax, mot, insurance and the rider will need a driving licence as the bicycle has then become a motorcycle....

Isn't there a chance that in a bad crash, the fuel will explode? Or does that kind of thing only happen in London's Burning when you're being chased by cops in a Ford Sierra Saphire?
