A big thank you to everyone who made this an excellent ride

8 riders in total, not many retro bikes, but I always say this "who cares"

No one fell off or got lost (Ken) just a couple of mechanical issues, and the odd angry foot dragging numpties in New miller dam :x

Re:

I really enjoyed the ride, thanks for organising it!

As the owner of both mechanicals, I’ve been shamed into ordering some sealant so I’ll convert the tyres next weekend.

I don’t have any pics to add as I didn’t take any. I always say I will and then it’s a faff to get my phone out to do it with muddy hands.

Re:

The weather gods were kind , we were at pub lunch stop 10 mins before they opened , the trails had dried out amazingly since we checked it a couple of weeks ago , we had a smug motorbike with us (but still had to wait at the bottom of hills for him !!, if you have full ust rims run them tubeless ! , great ride with great company , plenty of banter and loads of laughs , most of the rider were retro or even vintage even if the bikes weren't , see you all next month .

Re:

Really enjoyed this ride, had a good mix of everything, climbs weren't too evil, singletrack was excellent, descents were fast and fun, just a shame the sunday afternoon walking fraternity were miserable toss bags haha!

Roll on the beer festival now!
