lycra's not compulsory but those of us of a certain age seem to find it errrr 'snug', and it keeps the insects out.

It certainly was a good ride, ending up with an hour and a half at The Chequers. When you're down this way let us know.

Just done my 1st night ride of the year...It's bloody spooky in those woods :shock: I forgot just how nice it feels to get back home!
