So I bought this on a whim, before realising I need another spider tool, an e*thirteen chainring, and a BSA30 BB to use it on my hardtail.
It's a 170mm crank
30mm axle
Aluminium crank arms, beautifully machined
30t chainring (guidering SL I believe)
The r in TRS stands for 'race'
I would swap chainrings: my 30t for a 32t or 34t
I would swap crankset for one with a 24mm axle and the ability to mount a 104bcd spider or better availability of aftermarket direct mount chainrings, or at least comes with a 32 or 34t chainring to get me started.
Price to sell is £80 posted.
