Dyna Tech date help please

Hi all,

I picked this frame up but know little about it. Can anyone date it for me please? Any other info as to whether it was bottom or mid range for example would also be much appreciated. Frame number appears to be B37281.

The frame number dating is as follows the letter at the beginning of the frame identification is year of build. (IIRC)
A 1990
B 1991
C 1992
And so on

Thanks...I have components from an 89 bike that I was going to use if this was close enough in age so that's helpful to know.
