I've bought a pair of Cypres 700's (30mm and true to size) and tried them on a recent vacation trip. Too early to say anything about durability, but I like how they ride :
+1 on the Pasela, great all round tyre that is reasonably quick. I also like the Panaracer Gravel King. I have used them (two sets in total) for 4 years in a 28mm. They are quick and comfortable and I have had only one puncture.
