As per site policy this user now has a lifetime ban.
Despite allowing what were clearly trade sales unhindered this user chose to continually spam the site due to an issue with another user. This issue is not the responsibility of retrobike and it was suggested numerous times it be taken up directly with the paypal. This was unheeded.
Further there have been numerous cases of poor packaging and items arriving poorly described. There is also an outstanding issue with non arrival of goods.
Been very lenient until now, no longer. As such, banned.
