Best wedding I have ever been to,a real family affair.with everyone made to feel special with the attention to detail and small touches :D

Yes. Big church wedding - full peel of bells - full choir - guard of honour - reception at a posh hotel - honeymoon in Florida. Still married 24 years later.

.

Mine was fantastic :D
Beautiful church all of both families were there plus loads of friends.
Cracking reception at The Crown in Bishops Waltham, i may have had a couple to many drinks
My mum and dad paid for us to stay the night at the hotel at Marwell Zoo(there were a lot of animal noises that night ;) ) before we went to Dorset on honeymoon, like i said fantastic :D

The second mrs, soon the be x if she carries on... and myself were married in vegas.

I wanted the elvis drive through and I would dress as priscilla and she would dress as elvis then we would drive to the gun range that lets you fire off fully automatic weapons.

She said no so we were married in a chapel in the Excalibur Hotel. The fact it is not to far from the food court I think was her driving factor.

A tip, even for open minded vegas..if you walk through a full casino of americans and your wearing a full sherwani..be prepared for a few of them to have their gun hand hovering above their belt line by the holster

Rode the 175km from Copenhagen to Odense on my De Rosa the day before, to be met by friends and family from the UK that I'd not seen for years..... Which got a bit messy. Drinking large amounts after a long bike ride and staying up till 4 AM the day before your wedding ....

Approx 40 people came over from the UK who had never been to a wedding with a free bar and food that wasn't plated up beforehand before..... (this is just the way the Danes do it)

So that bit also got a bit messy! My old roommate from uni missed his flight back home. A lot of people had very sore heads the day after for breakfast....

People still say that it's the best wedding anyone in my family has ever had. So yes - can't complain.

Oh and the honeymoon..... Turned out our hotel was the same hotel that Mountain Beach was operating MTB holidays out of in Nidri. So our room was literally right over their workshop....

We had the honeymoon first!!....2 weeks in Florida, then flew down to Antigua for 7 days. Got married on the beach at St James Beach Club the other side of the bay where Eric Clapton lives. Everyone on the beach gathered round and watched!!!!! Then we drove to the bar on the back of a golf buggy. There was just the 4 of us...my wife and our 2 children...flew home the next day with the wedding cake.
The holiday was expensive...but the wedding part was all arranged by Virgin for £400....superb.
