Im thinking postage from the Netherlands may make these a tad too expensive...

My idea of "cheap" would be around £50....not looking for anything special, just something more suitable than a too small Ridgeback to hang a Deore LX groupset from..

I've got a coyote ultralite in the garage which iirc is 19 inch. Bought it to add some colour to my collection (yellow to blue fade) but am not going to get around to building it anytime soon.
