Thanks for the comments...must admit it is rather gorgeous.
Size measures 18.5" seatpost centre to top with top about 22.5"...a wee bigger than I normally ride but nothing the right stem won't put right.

Where do you find them?
It's a 21st century frame; the logos changed in , I think, 2000, and the 22.5" tt would also confirm this. Serial no should be DEK2000+
I could squeeze myself onto that, no probs!
