I would image this would make an excellent Audax/long distance machine.

PS: From the photographs I’m assuming a 23m tyre is the max width that could be used with full SKS mudguards?

Excuse the late replies

Quite difficult to measure head and seat angles with my miniature protractor but they both look somewhere between 73° and 74°

Rear wheel clearance looks like you could get away with a 25c tyre with mudguards definitely, front slightly less clearance but I reckon so.
