Customer service... Celebrating the good guys!

*Avid (pre Sram) - Lovely personal service, even sent over parts for Arch Supremes gratis. Repaid with tea bags and choc homewheat obviously. ;) That said, I sent an email to Dan at Avid post Sram takeover and it found it's way to him years after he left the company and Avid had to move from the Rockies.

*Merlin USA - after giving up trying to find out about rear shocks for my Echo in the UK I rang them and had a replacement shock and instruction manual through the door within a week.

*Ringle - very helpful when the last of the Zookas was bound for my doormat.

*Bikeman and Cambria Bike in the States. Very helpful and easy to deal with for buying those bits you can't get in the UK. Especially after Tioga UK told me there was no market for the Extreme XC tyre and no way therefore of adding a few to an order with the US. i said different and got them imported for some mates and then people started asking in numbers and guess what, there was suddenly a demand for them.
