Cougar Fillet Brazed Columbus Track Frame - Any idea on it?

So, fresh of the 'bay...and not much to find out on it.

It came from a teenager in Manchester 'drome, then to London and is now with me. Size 49x49 CTC and 53CTTx49 CTC

The fork has the cougar stamped in the lug
Front/rear dropouts are all stamped Columbus
The fork is not marked with Reynolds...this suggests some form of Columbus tubing
Need to get the scales but it's light, lighter than my 49x53CTC 531C Gazelle for sure
Bottom bracket is plain, closed with no cutouts.
Note the webbing/fillet brazing similar in style to:
http://www.pedalroom.com/bike/terry-dol ... ar-tt-8610
Serial number is difficult to make out...x7x47 then a big space then a 1
Straight forks/webbing suggest mid 90s at least

I shall try to contact Terry (maybe on twitter I read Dolan factory doesn't keep order books anymore) in the meantime...any ideas?

There was a chart floating around with the diameter and wall thicknesses of the Columbus tubesets. It was part of a magazine article comparing some identical frames made in different grades. Try a Google search on the forum with Thron, Brain etc. Might help identify what it's made of.
