Re:

Thanks for the Clubby trails tour today Clubby :)
Was a good ride out with 100% retro bikes, was a fair few miles and between that and the seaside fresh air I feel pretty tired this evening.

Best part of the ride was the cafe stop with coffee and cake, or two helpings of cake if your name is Rob ;)

Second best part was watching Clubby ride his Killer V "rodeo style" down towards that stream, how you managed to stay on board I have no idea!

The only couple of photos I took today...

Re:

Looks like you had great weather for it.

Been pishing down for most of the day here

Re:

Mike, started off in fog but cleared nicely later. Ended up in just my base layer. Felt like spring was here. Pity the trails still felt like winter. Z-Max tyres were not designed for Scottish mud.

Jim, I've still no idea (apart from superior bike handling skills) how I stayed on either. Bounced down the entire chute on my front wheel. Lucky escape.

Good to get a decent amount of miles in. 33 miles on old bikes is good going, especially in some of those conditions.
Need a re-run in summer when the trails have dried out.

Re:

Looks like a good one guys. I'm digging the wheel reflectors Jim  (what's the bike btw, looks a bit like the Raleigh Pioneers I used to sell BITD?).

I'll get my arse in gear and get along to a ride at some point this year

33miles is a great effort guys, sorry to have missed that but think I would've struggled with that so made the right call.

Physio the mora for check on my knee afore holidays.

You mean you didn't notice the side-stand?
It's some Muddy Fox "Trail Blazer", the name is misleading as it's more of a "Trail Plodder" tbh.

Gid effort chaps.as you say 33 miles on the old bikes isn't to be sniffed at.
