Parting ways with my Touring bike to make space and fund new build. It has seen general town use and a quick trip to Europe (most of which was spent on a train), but nothing heavy. Wheels were hand built for the bike when I built it about 5 years ago. I purchased the bike in its original spec (pictures below) then stripped it and put newer parts on it.
Here it is by a river in its current incarnation
Rides fantastically - a real workhorse. Bit of chipping, scratches and surface rust as to be expected of a frame this age - nothing structural or major though.

Shimano Tiagra hubs on rigida sputnik rims, DT swiss double butted spokes 36r/32f - solid!

XT mountain bike front/rear mech 3x9 speed(mountain bike gearing for those loaded climbs)

Nitto noodle randonneur bars with 3ttt stem
