Chainring bolts help.

Hi, I am trying to remove the chainring from a Campagnolo Chorus crankset. 4 of the 5 Allen bolts have come out fine. My question is about the bolts on the opposite side. They have nothing to gain purchase on. Would the crank arm holes be threaded or not? If not these bolts should tap out but they feel well held in place. Any thoughts welcomed

That's just held in there by oxidation. It will probably knock out
