The best I can do is suggest streetview of the shop I bought in 1960, for £1300.
If you have google earth, enter BS6 5RB in the search. Open streetview, move a little towards the railway bridge, and the turquoise shop labelled portadella is on the right. I paid for it in the first year.
The road is the main A38, this is where Dave Duffield gave me a huge wave as he was heading for John a Groats and the end to end trike record.
If you move towards the bridge there is a shop called Allsorts, which I bought in 1977, I was the commercial video specialist for the SW area.
